Magento modify the URL

Today, how to modify the Magento website URL, before the amendment disable magento's cache.

Suppose we URLs 'www.topfriend-shop.com'  modify 'www.requintn-fr.com'

The System in the Magento admin -> Configuration -> web enter the settings page as shown above. The arrow on the map the Base Url http://www.hellokeykey.com/ amended as {{off of the base_url}}, and then can refresh the cache, then the {{off of the base_url}} Modify http://www.requintn-fr.com/, so that the web site modification is completed, then refresh the cache and index management can be.

The cache refresh in the System -> Cache Management.
